Bashkirtsev O. Influence of interval normabaric hypoxic therapy on geometry and function of left ventricle at patients with arterial hypertension with concomitant ischemic heart disease

The object of the research is geometry and diastolic function of left ventricle in patients with arterial hypertension with concomitant stable angina pectoris. The goal is diagnostics and correction of geometrical and diastolic disturbances. Methods - clinical, biochemical, functional, instrumental, statistical. Novelty is presented as identification of morpho-functional state of the heart, geometry and diastolic function; it was analyzed activity of sympatho-adrenal and renin-angiotensin-aldosterone systems and markers of myocardium remodeling; assessed impact of complex treatment with adding of hypoxy therapy on remodeling and diastolic function of left ventricle. Evaluated the immediate and distant results of treatment and quality of life of patients. The observed data were introduced into practice of the Donetsk Regional Clinical Territorial Medical Union, the Institute of urgent and restorative surgery named by V.K. Gusak of the National Academy of medical science of Ukraine (Donetsk), University clinic of Donetsk national medical university by M. Gorkyy, and also in the educational process of Donetsk, Lugansk and Kharkov medical universities.
