Kykot O. Economic liability as a kind of legal liability

The thesis is devoted to the integrated analysis of the research of the economic liability. The content of the concept of economic liability, its features, functions, principles and boundaries was defined. The place of economic liability in economic law and the system of legal liability was formulated. It was analyzed the content of such concepts as economic offenses, its foundation and structure, economic sanctions, its signs and types, administratively economic sanctions, its place throughout forms of economic liability. The place and importance of guilty mind as a necessary element of economic liability in Ukraine and leading countries of Europe was defined. It was suggested some ways of improvement of legislation on economic liability, systematized approaches to practical implementation of contractual and tort economic liability, completed theoretical framework and outlines the problem unresolved issues.
