The thesis is devoted to the targeted search for new high-performance and low-toxic compounds with neuroprotective action of xanthine-7-acetіс, xanthine-8-thioacetic acids and their functional derivatives. Formulations proposed synthesis technique xanthine derivatives-7-acetic and xanthine-8-thioaacetic acids studied biological activity, are subject to certain laws of relations "structure - activity."
