Boroday A. Principles of functionally-planning organization of biathlon complexes

Renovation and building sport facilities especially complexes for biathlon in accordance with international standards is an important aspect of preparation for Ukraine's application to host the Winter Olympics in 2022. Normative resources on designing complexes for biathlon in Ukraine is absent. The preconditions of formation of sports facilities for biathlon are detected. The common features of functional structure of sport facilities for biathlon are identified as a result of analysis of practice of sport complexes for biathlon. That's why there are classification and typology of these objects are determined and models, principles and receptions of their location and functionally and planning organization are proposed.
