Essay

Object is a process to ensure the validity of the ecological and economic mechanisms for protection and restoration of agricultural land. The dissertational work is dedicated to the development of theoretical, methodological approaches and practical recommendations of implementation of ecological and economical mechanisms of protection and regeneration of the agricultural land. The theoretical and methodological approaches of formation the ecological and economical mechanisms of protection and regeneration of the agricultural land on the basis of their assessment has been developed. The dependence of the assessment indicators of agricultural land from the social phenomena and ecological indicators of soil condition has been founded. The direct influence onto the mechanisms, along with the state of their institutional support, has been justified; the value of control over the usage and preservation of land in this process has also been estimated. The complex of theoretical and methodological justification of determining the damage caused by the deterioration of land quality indicators has been developed. The formula of determining the damage caused to agricultural lands for the calculation of sum of sanctions to violators of the rules of rational land usage has been proposed. The changes to the methodology of determining the ecological and economic efficiency of the protection mechanisms and rehabilitation of agricultural land which builds on the environmental and economic benefits of implementing the protection and restoration processes have been proposed.
