Object - equipment for radial rotary profiling rims wheels of vehicles and agricultural equipment; purpos - the development of recommendations on improvement of the equipment for radial rotary profiling rims wheels, study of possibilities of directional power influence on the center of the strain on the basis of the development of mathematical models and views on deformation of closed shells; novelty - the first analytical dependences for calculation of the required torque grading machines; improved mathematical model for calculating the efforts profiling, which allows to take into account the peculiarities of deformation of cylindrical preparation stages; provided further development regularities of changes in the stress-strain state of the billet to the rim when the application of a concentrated load, thus improving the design of the equipment.
