In dissertation materials are expounded on the spread of helminthosis and eimeriae invasions of agricultural poultry on the farms of the Dnepropetrovsk region. Determined the species composition of pathogens, certain extensivity and intensity of intestinal invasions alongside with their dependence on the method of maintenance, growing technology, poultry age and season have been determined. The way of determining ovocidal activity of chemical compounds has been developed on the eggs of Ascaridia galli as well as the way of determining viability of causative agents of chicken coccidiosis at screening of chemical invasive preparations. The comparative evaluation of disinvasive properties 14 disinfectants ("Biodes S", "Delakson", "DZPT-2", "Crystal 900", "Neochlor", "Maksisan", "Bioklin-DK", "Medikarin", "Chlorsept-farm", "Polides-20", "Septodor Forte", "Javel-Clade", "Stalosan F", "Bromosept 50") for Ascaridia galli eggs and eimeriae oocystes (Eimeria tenella, Eimeria maxima, Eimeria acervulina, Eimeria necatrix) of intestinal chicken vermins, studied the disinvasive efficiency of solutions of preparations. We observed three disinfectants - "DZPT-2", "Maksisan" and "Neochlor", that a 5 % concentration showed a high level of disinvasive efficiency for Ascaridia galli eggs and eimeriae oocystes. On the basis of these studies for the first time in Ukraine was developed and put into production new modes of use disinfectants "DZPT-2", "Maksisan" and "Neochlor" for disinvasion of poultry objects.
