The mathematical model and algorithm of the impact the surface roughness of road pavement on the vehicle suspension system, and through it to the user of road services are improved after conducting theoretical and experimental researches. A set of equipment for the evaluation of vibration loads that exposure on driver and passengers and the software "Ride Quality" for modeling the impact of surface roughness of road pavement on the vehicle suspension system, and through it to the user of road services are developed. An improved method of estimating the longitudinal evenness of pavement considering the influence of vibration loads on the driver and passenger are developed.The levels of values of the longitudinal road roughness indices and the requirements of the geometric dimensions of speed bumps are theoretically substantiated and experimentally validated.
