Increased knowledge of the morphological features of the structure (size, shape, structure and color exine gametophyte, location, number and shape of the apertures) pollen grains flora forest-steppe zone of Ukraine and the formation of bee pollen from these plants. Have developed a theory, that morphological assessment of pollen grains in quantity, symmetrical placement of the surface and shape of the apertures gametophyte can serve as a basis for classification identifying pollen in species origin. The dependence structure of bee pollen from different plants nectar bribe period. Determined that the conditions productive bee nectar bribe harvested pollen formation from the highest quality – 66% homogeneity – 80%. Proved that the use of bee pollen to obtain during intense honey-period, reduces pollen productivity by 51.6%, and productive – at 20.6%, compared with the period of low trick. The first time the band fixation of pollen grains of different plant species on parts exoskeleton bees and the dependence of the heterogeneity of pollen clumps from falling headlong into their pollen to – 54%, thoracic – 41% and abdomen – 5%.
