Essay

Objective: deepening the theoretical and methodical aspects of the formation and using of labor potential of agricultural enterprises and developing practical recommendations related to the effective management of above processes. Object: the formation and using of labor potential of agricultural enterprises. Methods: index, abstract and logical, economic and statistical, scenario prognostication, simulation. Theoretical results: the formation of the basis for the further enrichment of the theoretical and methodological principles and practical recommendations related to the formation and using of labor potential of agricultural enterprises. Practical results: the development of recommendations concerning the enhancement of the efficiency of agricultural enterprises through formation and using of labor potential. Scientific novelty: the author substantiated and approves the methodical approach to integrated assessment of the labour potential of agricultural enterprises based on the synergetic effects of quantitative, qualitative stimulant and destimulant factors.
