Balashov E. Peculiarities of the students' self-realization in the international volunteer programs

The dissertation is devoted to psychological peculiarities of the students' self-realization in the international volunteer programs. The dissertation presents theoretical and methodological analysis of the issue of personal self-realization in the context of psychological approaches, analyses the forms of students' personal self-realization, identifies main components of psychological structure of volunteering as mean of self-realization, determines key principles of volunteering development in the world and Ukraine, its influence on the students' self-realization. Theoretical and conceptual model of the students' self-realization in the international volunteer programs was developed and approbated in the dissertation. As a result of empirical research there were proposed psychological and methodical recommendations for formation of the components of the students' self-realization in the international volunteer programs.
