Dissertation is devoted the features of forming personality strategies activity of future psychologists in the process of professional preparation, presented analysis of research- theoretical conceptions of this problem is in foreign and ukrainian psychology, maintenance and structure of personality strategies activity is certain, its role is in becoming of future professional. Certain essence of concept "personality strategy activity" and certain his structure, found the personality sfeatures of trategies activity of students-psychologists and practicing psychologists, grounded classification of types the personality strategies activity of specialist-psychologist. A psychological model of strategy activity of practical psychologist and its components is offered. Experimentally were found differences between students future psychologists and practical psychologists in professional skills and strategy area. In the process of experimental work there is the well-proven expedience and efficiency of introduction of the collection program in form educational practical work for professional preparation of specialist-psychologist.
