Object of study: peptic ulcer associated with mental disorders and vagotonia. Research goal: to improve treatment and quality of life of patients by differential treatment of peptic ulcer using laser and payler-therapies in the treatment of peptic ulcer with vagotonia on the hospital and posth-hospital stages. Research methods: biochemical, electrophysiological, instrumental, morphological, psychodiagnostical, statistical. Theoretical and practical results: combined technique of differential treatment of the stomach peptic ulcer with vagotonia was developed, justified, approved and implemented in practice. Novelty: for the first time the directionality and dose-dependent efficency of laser- and payler-therapies on physico-chemical and biochemical properties of blood, central nervous system and status of the autonomic nervous system were researched. Pathogeneticaly grounded methodology of light therapy use in complex treatment of patients with peptic ulcer of the stomach and vagotonia was created and implemented. Informative indicators of physiotherapy treatment effectiveness monitoring were identified. Degree of implementation: articles, monographs. Field of use: medicine.
