The thesis is devoted to the burning issue of preparation of natural mineral treatment table sodium chloride water freezing method for producing drinks for athletes based on it. The new indicators of ecological safety methods desalination for the production of beverages and confirmed the feasibility of using the method of freezing water treatment technologies in the production of beverages for athletes. The influence of freezing process factors on the quality of desalinated natural mineral water was researched.
