Essay

The dissertation is dedicated to the urgent problem of vascular surgery - surgery of atherosclerotic lesions of aorta-iliac segment. So, by the way of the development of differentiated approach subject to the level of ischemia and the type of the site of occlusive - stenotic atherosclerotic process it is possible to improve direct and distant results of patients' holiatry with the preservation of the inferior limb and survival rate of 72% among the patients under double reconstructions and of 86, 1% under one-side intervention during the fifth year of observation.
