Hanina O. Clinical and morphological characteristics, diagnosis and treatment of endometrium hyperplastic processes in premenopausal women with chronic endometritis

The thesis is devoted to investigating different characteristics of endometrial hyperplastic processes in premenopausal women, searching for new diagnostic criteria and improving therapy approaches. By means of clinical, laboratory, instrumental, morphological, morphometric and statistical methods, the epidemiological and clinical features of hyperplasia in premenopausal women associated with chronic endometritis have been determined; the additional and differential diagnostic criteria for atypical and non-atypical hyperplasia associated with chronic endometritis have been detected; the effectiveness of treatment for non-atypical hyperplasia associated with chronic endometritis has been evaluated. The treatment was carried out with a set of preparations: 8% micronized progesterone gel and indole-3-carbinol and streptokinase-streptodornaza.
