Pavlushenko S. A differentiated approach to the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of benign lesions recurrences of the cervix in women of reproductive age

The aim of the study was to reduce the frequency of recurrences of benign cervical disease in women of reproductive age through the development and implementation of the differentiated approach to their diagnosis, treatment and prevention. The peculiarities of history, clinical, hormonal, local immunity status, vaginal biocenosis and presence of the receptors to sex steroids in cervical epithelium were studied,the scheme of pathogenesis of recurrence of benign cervical disease was proposed, a differentiated approach to the treatment and prevention of the recurrences was developed. The proposed measures include correction of vaginal biocenosis, the use of magnetic-infrared laser therapy after the destruction of the pathological focus, the use of measures aimed to prevent the a recurrence depending on the type of pathology and vaginal acidity. The developed measures normalize the status of local immunity and vaginal biocenosis and reduces the recurrence rate by 26,2 %.
