Nozdrin A. Legal life as a category of modern legal science: theoretical and methodological research

Thesis devoted to the study of general theoretical and methodological category "legal life" in the categorical apparatus of jurisprudence. The application of the category as a tool for learning. With the communicative approach looks at two levels of legal life, namely natural ("life-world") and conscious (the system of the world). A systematic analysis of the phenomenon and to emphasize the systemic nature of legal life as one of the areas of general social life. The scientific approach allows us to see life as a legal polystructural education system, in which is possible to identify a number of alternative structures on the basis of certain parameters systemformation due to methodological coordinates of a particular study.
