Ganna D. Architectural-Planning Organization of Sports and Recreation Facilities for Disabled Persons

The aim of the study is determination of the architectural-planning organization of sports and recreation facilities for disabled persons. The object of the study is the sports and recreation facilities for disabled persons. The subject of the study is the architectural-planning organization of sports and recreation facilities for disabled persons A scientific novelty. On the example of sports and recreation facilities a model for investigating the hierarchic systems of the buildings for the disabled was demonstrated. A structural-graphic model of the facilities network and monocriterion multilevel valuation of the design decisions based on the integral criterion "effort-time" was developed. In accordance with the formed volumetric-functional models organization principle and the studies of the levels of comfort and ways of cooperating buildings, a number of volumetric-functional prototypes of the sports and recreation facilities adopted for use by the disabled was developed. Based on the modern designing methods, contemporary training equipment and means of creating a barrier-free environment, the pattern for designing the facilities' spaces and a row of design decision prototypes of main and auxiliary rooms of sports and recreation facilities, adopted for use by disabled persons, were presented.
