Essay

The thesis is devoted to the study of juvenile delinquency as an object of criminological research. The paper analyzes different formulations, as well as semantic and content features of "youth crime" and states that youth crime - a kind of general crime. It can not be considered abstractly, without reference to a specific area and time. Attention is focused on the fact that the discretionary (constant) factors are determinants of youth crime, the causes and correlates.
