Orgiets O. Ethnoculturegenez of territorial communities as a factor of reforming the administrative-territorial system of Ukraine

The author discusses the general patterns, trends of ethnoculturegenez impact on local communities of administrative-territorial structure of Ukraine. The basic problem of the existing administrative-territorial system of Ukraine and the associated disadvantages of local government, justify the ways of improving the territorial organization of power in Ukraine. The possible options for reform of the administrative-territorial structure of Ukraine baseline outlining the main directions of forming communities local community based on ethno-cultural and historical factors in the development of local communities. Among others, the basic premise of the integration processes needed for successful implementation of administrative-territorial reform. Done modeling of local communities by the example of Zaporozhe area , a more detailed model is presented as an example of Berdyansk district of Zaporozhe region.
