Olenkovs'kay L. Organizational and management services of integration processes in local government.

In this thesis the scientific acknowledgement of improvement directions of organization and management implementation of the integration processes in the local self-government is made; approaches and recommendations for the practical use of scientific results are developed. The following information is represented in this work: the different forms of activity, potential effects, current state, foreign and native experience of implementation, ways to improve the processes of inter-municipal cooperation and cross-sector partnership through the implementation of technology forming associations of local communities, institutionalization and documentation support of integrated activity, creating sub-regions, organizational and managerial providing of their functioning conditions.
