Object of study - the interaction of rail transport and the ferry complex. The studies are based: on the monitoring procedure , methods of mathematical statistics , applying the theory of fuzzy sets and fuzzy logic models for the formation of the selection process variants and an extended set of situations with a choice of priorities when skipping trains. Implementation of the proposed and justified in the thesis of the complex model is the basis for the formation of automated technology , allowing to carry out the procedure of process control in the direction of advancement of traffic volumes on the basis of the ferry complex logistics requirements.
