Object of the study - process control car traffic on the railroad transport. Studies are based on the methods of probability theory, mathematical statistics and monitoring procedures, methods for constructing artificial neural networks, genetic algorithms applied methods, the theory of fuzzy sets and fuzzy logic. Theoretically sound scientific approach to improve technology hydrating empty wagon flow can be used for the organization of operational work on the railway transport of Ukraine.
