The paper highlights the peculiarities of climacteric syndrome in women with natural and surgical menopause. The criteria of diagnosis of early and late complications of natural and surgical menopause by studying the characteristics of their clinical course and condition of homeostasis in perimenopausal women. Scientifically based, developed and tested non-hormonal and hormonal medication systems for correction and prevention of postmenopausal complications. It determined that the most effective is the use of hormone replacement therapy in combination with hormonal therapy using calcium supplements, sedative action, adaptogens, phytoestrogens and gepatoprotektoram.
