Shalko M. Diagnosis, pathogenesis, treatment of precancer processes in glandular epithelium of the cervix in women with tubal-peritoneal infertility factor.

Research is dedicated to improving the efficiency of diagnosis and treatment of сervical glandular intraepithelial neoplasia (CGIN) of the cervix epithelium in women with tubal-peritoneal infertility factor through the development and support of modern treatment tactics. The risk factors of the occurrence and progression of endocervical disease have been investigated. It has been found that HPV type 18 and its ilk (39, 45) constitute the predominant etiologic factor of CGIN. The ultrasound diagnostic criteria for CGIN have been justified and systematized. The authors have demonstrated the need for cytological study to determine the dyscariosis index that indicates a violation of cell differentiation, growth dysplasia and anaplasia. The rate of the above has been determined in low, moderate and severe CGIN. The established values reflect the increasing synergy effect of inflammation on the rate of dysplastic change of the glandular epithelium of the cervix. The author has defined the colpocervicoscopy diagnostic criteria of CGIN of the cervix epithelium in women with tubal-peritoneal factor infertility, which allows early diagnostic of dysplasia. Differentiated approach to the treatment of CGIN was developed according to the severity of the process and the degree of dyscariosis index.
