Essay

In dissertation work on the basis of the complex going near the study of questions of maintenance of capacity and health of military operators there were the educed features of professional activity and investigational terms of labour of operators, working as after 24-hour a chart. Educed harmful factors of labour environment, which form the high degree of tension of labour of operators. It is shown that tension of his labour concordantly to operating "Hygienical job" classification, (in 2001) behaves to the class 3.2.-3.3. It is well-proven that in a result from the action of complex of unfavorable factors at the considerable percent of operators is formed row of complaints which characterize worsening of the state of their health. Set reliable changes of indexes of variability of cardiac rhythm at the end of day's duty, which specify on the appreciation of physiology value of professional activity for persons with a "moderate" and "expressed" fatigue. Educed period of change (from 22:00 to the 4:00 hour), where the greatest level of fatigue is and the "negative" colouring of the emotional state of servicemen shows up most. A duty after existent day's chart forms desynchronosis functions of organism of operators. The complex of informing indexes ("functional mobility", "force", "lability" and "inertance" of nervous processes, and also "time of choice") is distinguished after which it can be objectively the functional state is identified. The complex of measures, sent to the prophylaxis of development of fatigue, support of high efficiency of labour of soldiery operators is worked out. Operators which work after day's chart of duties has the offered complex of adequate psychophysiological receptions and two-stage algorithm for the estimation of level of fatigue.
