Nozdriuhina I. Improvement of production technology for quail feed.

The thesis is devoted to the scientific substantiation of the usefulness of flaxseed as a concentrated source of protein and energy in forage production and improve production technology feed for quail with it. In this work, the chemical composition and biological value of the main varieties of flax seeds that are grown in the Ukraine . The appropriateness of flax seed oil variety "Southern Nights" that contains a large amount of fat and protein with high biological value. Established the need for extrusion processing of soy blends with the addition of flaxseed (linseed meal). The changes of the biochemical composition of the mixture during extrusion . A protein supplement from extruded soybeans mixture of flax seeds (linseed meal) and dry whey. Defined quality indicators derived protein supplements. Scientifically validated and improved production technology feed for quail developed using protein supplements . Developed and approved a recommendation for the use of flax seed in the production of feed for quail. Recommendations are made to implement one of the industry. Estimated recipes fodder for different age groups quail with the introduction of their protein supplements based on extruded mixtures of soybean seed flax (linseed meal ) and dry whey.
