Essay

The dissertation is dedicated to the scientific rationale of the reasonability of the granulating of wheat and corn millrace commixture and wheat millrace with addition of the nourishing feed ingredients. There are the results of the examining of physico-technical and chemical quality indices of the crumbled wheat and corn millrace and nourishing ingredients in the dissertation. The granulating was held in the laboratory conditions by the Italian pressure machine PSI Shultz and also in the production conditions of the grain mill. The storing of the granulated commixture results proved the reasonability of millrace granulating. Under the dissertation results the technical conditions for the granulating of wheat and corn millrace commixture which are authorized by the special government body were developed and also process regulations for producing of the granulated goods. The granulating technology of the wheat and corn millrace commixture is integrated into production at the grain mill. It was identified the economical effectiveness of the developed technology integration.
