Essay

Dissertation is devoted the study of features of changes in systemic metabolic processes in patients with papilomas and cancerous tumours of laryngeal parts of the pharynx. Changes in non-specific resistance of patients studied groups are characterized by incomplete phagocytosis of neutrophil and monocyte links against a stored functional and metabolic reserve at papiloma of larynxgopharynx, and lack of functional and metabolic reserve at cancerous tumours. For both groups of patients characterized the state of T- сell immunodeficiency. The high concentration of endotoxin was in all groups of patients, the titer of antibodies to glycolipids and general enterobacteriaceae antigen varied differently directed, indicating different degrees of severity endotoxin aggression.
