Dissertation work is devoted research of process politermal crystallization of sucrose in mixer crystallizer during further crystallization massecuite latest product. The problem of the usefulness of an intermediate heat finish crystallization massecuite instead of dilution with water or molasses at polythermal mixers-crystallizer is discussed.
