Essay

The thesis deals with the topical issues of prevention of crimes in the sphere of trafficking of excisable goods. Criminological characteristics of crimes committed in the sphere of trafficking of excisable goods is exercised. Peculiarities of criminals that commit crimes in this sphere are scrutinized. Determination complex which contributes to the commission of crimes in the sphere of trafficking of excisable goods is singled out. A system of general-social and special-criminological measures against these crimes is suggested.
