History of development and modern state of legislation are in-process analyzed about criminal responsibility for interference with activity of judicial bodies, and also foreign experience of criminal-law guard of court from the indicated acts. The objective and subjective signs of interference are described with activity of judicial bodies. The rich in content and structural features of approvals of century are investigational 376 КК of Ukraine. Amendments and supplements are offered to the century 376 КК of Ukraine, sent to optimization of criminal responsibility for interference with activity of judicial bodies.
