Tuiev O. Criminological basics of raid counteraction

The paper presents the results of the analysis of criminological basics for organization and realization of raid counteraction in present-day Ukraine. The modern condition, system and qualitative evidence of raid in Ukraine are characterized. The complex criminological analysis of raiding mechanism is conducted. The specificity of activities on raid counteraction by security services of economic subjects is characterized. Some recommendations on improving the criminological basics and practice of raid counteraction are formulated, including definition of its priority courses.
