Essay

The new analytical equation of the gradually-varied flow in prismatic channels with using of reduced law of conveyance change has developed. For the near-critical flows proposed calculating methods of cross section high parameters in the power open channels that have received experimental confirmation of the adequacy of the full-scale measurements and specified non-hydrostatics coefficient. The analytical methods to determine the optimal parameters of the power water lines that cover the basic design cases are proposed.
