Subject of research are theoretical, methodological and applied aspects of finding and implementing ways to improve the motivation of management personnel of enterprises on production of cheese. Studies were conducted on the basis of use : theoretical generalization , system analysis, synthesis , grouping and classification , induction and deduction , graphical method and the economic and mathematical modeling.
