Sivak M. Notes Articles Special Part of the Criminal Code of Ukraine: theoretical and applied analysis.

The dissertation is a scientific research of theoretical and applied problems using notes of special articles of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. Generalized state research in the scientific literature, international experience and the historical genesis of notes in the criminal legislation of Ukraine. The analysis notes, definitions, notes, and notes the special criteria of the articles of the Special Part of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. The directions of improvement of notes in an article on the Special Part of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, in particular the feasibility of entering into the structure of the Criminal Code of Ukraine "terminology" section and the criteria for placement definitions, clarifications and kryterivyi in this section and in the notes of the special articles of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. The author of such terms as "special note of the articles of the Criminal Code of Ukraine", "state vulnerable person", "pimping", "armed paramilitary formation", "demanding a bribe or undue advantage". The proposed rule language memo articles of the Special Part of the Criminal Code of Ukraine and some aggravating circumstances of a crime. At the ground of the results that have been received during the exploring, the propositions for improving Ukrainian legislation about criminal responsibility as well as for the practice of its using have been done by the author.
