The dissertation is devoted to the scientific task to improve the effectiveness of treatment of patients with eczema and atopic dermatitis based analysis pathogenetic mechanisms and to optimizisation of the treatment, which takes into account the clinical course, the nature of violations of systems of indicators of hemostasis, immune and mental status of the patients. A comprehensive study of the hemostatic system and the immune status (cellular and humoral) has been made in patients with eczema and atopic dermatitis with the clinical course and forms, as well as the interrelation of violations of some parameters of these systems. To assess the nature and extent of homeostatic disturbances in organisms of patients with microbial eczema and atopic dermatitis, as well as the effectiveness of the therapy it is recommended to make a diagnostic and prognostic test of the laser correlation spectroscopy. The research of mental status of patients with eczema and atopic dermatitis has been made by using a standardized test of multivariate study of personality MMPI. The study has identified disadaptative manifestations and depletion of compensatory and adaptive mechanisms in the personality structure of patients with eczema (psihasteniya and depression, accentuation of character traits against sociopathy), and patients with atopic dermatitis (depression and anxiety, hysteria and affectation, a tendency to hypochondria and sociopathy), regardless of gender and clinical manifestations of dermatoses .Аn improved, pathogenesis well-grounded method of comprehensive individualized treatment of patients with microbial eczema and atopic dermatitis has been provided, which increases the effectiveness of treatment and extending remission in these dermatoses by the normalization of the hemostatic system, immune and mental status of the patients.A method for predicting a high risk of recurrence in patients with eczema and atopic dermatitis has been offered, it will allow to determine the likelihood of risk of recurrence of the disease on the diagnostic phase and to prescribe anti-relapse therapy in time.
