Kryshenyk N. Regional features of the use of rural territories lands under market conditions

The object of the research is the process of improvement of rural territories land use at the regional level as the tool of their balanced development. The aim is the study of regional ecological and economic peculiarities of the development of social-priority forms of rural territories land use on market conditions. Research methods - monographic, dialectic methods of cognition and fundamental of economic theory, economics of nature use, regional economics, methods of scientific abstraction, synthesis and analysis. Scientific novelty- it is proposed the methodical approach to determination of social-priority types of rural territories land use on the basis of hierarchy analysis method. It is improved the approach to the determination of the essence of rational rural territories land use which would correspond to the interests of society, territorial communities, land owners and land users and provide with the most appropriate and cost-effective use of land properties taking into account regional peculiarities, methodical approach to natural and agricultural zoning of Transcarpathian region taking into consideration regional peculiarities to clarify the boundaries of districts as basis for management of sustainable development; institutional environment of rural territories land use in terms of legislative support of implementation of the common interests of territorial communities and authorities; approaches to the study of tendencies of the change of the level and intensity of land use in different business forms which would allow to determine social priority forms of rural territories land use. Practical significance. The proposals developed by the author may be used to prepare regional programs of the use and protection of land resources in project land management drafts at the local level, schemes of land organization and technical and economic grounding of the use and protection of administrative and territorial creations lands, introducing of state land cadastre. The main results of thesis research are recommended to introduction in Main Administration of State Agency of Land Resources in Transcarpathian region for forming regional land policy and improvement of the mechanism of the use and protection of rural territories lands and in Administration of State Agency of Land Resources in Irshava district of Transcarpathian region to determine measures for improvement of rural territories landscapes.
