Darmogray O. Style of the Public Administration in Ukraine.

Thesis is dedicated to the comprehensive research of the style of the public administration in Ukraine: the idea of the style of the public administration is revealed; main elements of the modern style of the public administration are defined; peculiarities of implementation of the style of the public administration (based on the main approaches of the leadership theories) are analyzed; main types of the styles of public administration are classified: individual and collegial, autocratic, democratic, liberal, etc.; main priorities of the development of the styles of public administration are defined such as governance culture and ethics of administration, execution and delegation of duties; special attention is paid to the foreign experience of the public administration and its adaptation to Ukrainian conditions.
