Essay

In the thesis represented solution of scientific-applied task choosing an effective strategy for maintenance and repair of the regional complex system with the optimal values of the parameters of a set of competitive strategies by constructing and analysis of mathematical models. The developed mathematical models of strategies of technical maintenance and repair take into account: the location of subsystem the regional complex system, multistage maintenance, disabling of subsystem of regional complex system during maintenance, execution of planning-preventive maintenance and repair works by one repair team, make it possible to differentiated evaluate the costs of different stages of service. A new mathematical description of technical maintenance and repair as a queuing system with three queues and three phase service facility that can provide multi-stage planning of preventive maintenance and repair works with regard to their priorities been developed. Based on this description the mathematical models in the form of linear differential equations for two strategies the maintenance and repair of regional complex systems with absolute and relative priority of service been built. To assess the cost-effectiveness strategy of technical maintenance and repair of the regional radio electronic complex systems was developed calculation method of average unit costs, that accounted per unit of residence time of the regional complex systems in working condition, which allowed to differentiate take into account the costs that attributable at preparatory stage, stay in transit to the system and stages of relevant works of technical maintenance or repair. Based on this method, was developed a formalized methodology conducting research that enabled automate the process of multivariate analysis of the performance metrics of strategies of technical maintenance and repair of regional complex systems (availability factor, average unit costs that attributable per unit residence time regional complex systems in an efficient condition). The developed technique is implemented as a software tool with using the software Matlab.
