Essay

The object is concepts of shaping in the Soviet avant-garde architecture; the purpose is to investigate and summarize the concepts of shaping in the architecture of the avant-garde; methods: historically-architectural, functionally-structural and stylistic analysis; the novelty: particularities of interpretation of the avant-garde concepts of shaping in the houses of clubs of Kharkov in the 1920-1930's were found out for the first time; results: a theoretical model in which the emergence of the concept of form is considered as the resultant of output data for planning, the degree of implementation: the practice of architectural design and restoration; specialization: theory of architecture.
