Object of research - regional development government processes. The aim - to determine ways to improve the regional governance infrastructure basic mechanisms in an scientific views integrated analysis on the state role and its institutions in the provision of infrastructure for regional development. Research methods - analysis and synthesis, historical analysis, comparison and generalization, Comparative economic analysis, economic-mathematical and graphical, logical generalization results. The practical significance of the results is that the main thrust of the thesis were used in the socio-economic development of the Donetsk region and activity Dobropolskaya and Slovianckaya district councils. Scientific novelty results is to determine the main ways of regional infrastructure governance arrangements improving. For the first time developed a conceptual model for improving regional infrastructure in the context of improving the quality of life. Improved conceptual approaches to finding the optimal directions of state policy in relation to features of rural development, existing situation analysis methods and the state policy priorities on the Ukraine regions infrastructure, scientific and methodical approach to planning organizational and economic activities related to the regional infrastructure development. We got further development of scientific views on the role of government in providing infrastructure for regional development, a set of recommendations for action, the means and instruments of governance infrastructure development in rural areas, recommendations for the formation of special programs for regional infrastructure as a factor in improving the quality of life.
