Essay

The object of research is a process of revitalizing work in the system of labor relations in enterprises. The purpose of research is a study theoretical and methodological foundations and the development of scientific and practical recommendations to improve the motivational mechanism of activation of workers in the system of labor relations in the industry. Research methods are systematization and generalization of dialectical analysis and synthesis, polls and surveys, economic and mathematical modeling, system approach, the analysis of hierarchies. Practical significance of the results is to create the necessary theoretical and methodological basis for improving the system of labor motivation in the industry. Scientific novelty of the study is to justify the theoretical and methodological foundations of improving work efficiency by improving the motivational mechanism of activation of workers in the system of labor relations in enterprises by optimizing stimulation directions, implementation monitoring and diagnostics of motivation, using the principles of the knowledge economy. Motivational mechanism enhancing workers in the system of labor relations, scientific and methodical approach to the evaluation methods of employee motivation, scientific and methodical approach to the selection criteria to stimulate scientific and methodological support for monitoring the level of staff motivation are improved. Usage patterns of foreign experience of labor motivation, the composition factors affecting the performance of the motivational mechanism of activation of employment of workers on oil and gas enterprises, scientific and methodological support assessment personnel motivation system were got further development.
