The object of study - the fuel and energy complex quality control processes. The aim - to deepen the theoretical positions and research methodological approaches and practical recommendations for quality management of FEC as part of vertically integrated structures. Research Methods - dialectical method, the analysis and synthesis methods, economic modeling, situational approach, scenario approach, methods and assessment principles; process approach, abstract and logical approach. The results practical significance is that the basic provisions laid down by the author, to the level of teaching materials and application recommendations which allows to create conditions for improving product quality by reducing FEC manufacturing defects. Scientific novelty results is the theoretical propositions development, developing scientific and methodological approaches and practical recommendations for the formation of a conceptual approach to quality management of vertically integrated FEC companies -based effective methods and tools, and the development of organizational support, which will help minimize the servicing enterprises cost in their implementation. First developed a conceptual approach to the quality management system formation of energy sector companies. Methodical approach to the diagnosis of the FEC quality control system of which is based on a complex indicators system, effective quality management tools of energy sector companies through outsourcing by developing appropriate models; monitoring process stages of product quality control based on mathematical modeling of the relationship between functioning processes. We got concepts and categories further development of the quality management theory which is to clarify the " quality management " concept essence, teaching position on the formation of organizational support quality management system through the use of FEC instruments outsourcing this function, quality management system information provision of FEC enterprises -based information model which takes into account the quality management system monitoring results.
