Scientific work is devoted decrease in frequency of climacteric infringements at women with an osteochondrosis of cervical department of a backbone on the basis of studying of the basic clinical, endocrinological, haemodynamic and functional methods, and also improvement and introduction of a complex of diagnostic and treatment-and-prophylactic actions. It is shown that deterioration of a condition of a cerebral blood-groove in vertebro-baziljare pool is accompanied by dysfunction hypotalamo-hypofizare structures that in combination with change of activity of the higher vegetative centres patogenetical causes the complicated current of a climacteric syndrome at women with an osteochondrosis of cervical department of a backbone. The role of the differentiated approach for carrying out replaceable hormonal and antigomotoxical therapies in correction endocrinological and psychovegetative changes at women with climacteric infringements without and against osteochondrosis cervical department of a backbone is studied. Comparative aspects of clinical semiology, structure and severity level of climacteric frustration at women without and against an osteochondrosis of cervical department of a backbone are studied. Necessity of studying of a functional condition of vegetative nervous system, a blood-groove for pool backbonial, transcranial and braheocefalial arteries at these women is shown. A quality monitoring behind a clinical current and efficiency of the spent treatment-and-prophylactic actions is offered, and also the technique of correction of climacteric infringements at women with an osteochondrosis of cervical department of a backbone on the basis of the differentiated approach to use replaceable hormonal and antigomotoxical therapies is improved.
