Farkhat A. Treatment of anovulatory infertility in women with polycystic ovary syndrome.

The thesis is devoted to the solution of one of the urgent problems of modern gynecology - more efficient recovery of reproductive health of women with polycystic ovary syndrome. Based on the study and a comprehensive assessment of clinical features, echostructure ovarian and cerebral blood flow, hormonal homeostasis developed and implemented pathogenetically substantiated method of correction of the hypothalamic-pituitary-ovarian dysfunction in women with PCOS with the drug Nicergolin. The thesis is devoted to improve recovery of reproductive health in women with polycystic ovary syndrome. Based on the survey 90 women of reproductive age with PCOS found that disturbances in cerebral and ovarian blood flow leads to an imbalance in the hypothalamic-pituitary-ovarian system, which can be a factor in reproductive health conditionsinPCOS. Shown that the use of Nicergoline in the complex scheme of reproductive compensation in PCOS leads to normalization of malformations of cerebral and ovarian blood flow that helps restore their Reproductive Health Protection.
