The thesis generalizes the results of the complex survey of 132 Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease Patients (COPDP) in combination with Coronary Heart Disease (CHD) and osteoporosis. In united pathology patients common pathogenic mechanisms have been established, including the revealed asthenic neurotic, metabolic and immune disorders. A complex, clinical, instrumental and laboratory examination (biochemical, immunological, immune-enzyme) has been conducted. The peculiarities of antioxidant capacity of blood, the character of metabolic displacement, the disturbances of humoral and non-specific immunity link, calcium-phosphoric metabolism in blood and urine have been established. The interconnections among the indicators of lipid peroxidation, the activity of antioxidant enzyme protection, the indicators of humoral immunity link have been cleared up. The expediency of using in the complex of treating COPDP patients in combination with CHD and osteoporosis of modern subalin and polyoxidine medicine and during rehabilitation - tivortin aspartate have been pathogenetically substantiated. The recovery in the course of treatment of metabolic and immunological indicators are clinically characterized by achieving a stable and full value remission in comorbid disease.
