Zlochevskaja I. Tactics of conducting women with a pathology of cervix uterus during pregnancy.

Scientific work is devoted increase of efficiency of diagnostics and treatment of pathological changes of cervix uterus at pregnant women on the basis of studying of clinical-functional features, and also working out of the differentiated approach to tactics of conducting these patients. New aspects of patogenesise various pathology of cervix uterus are established during pregnancy on the basis of the received interrelations between clinical, cytologic, colposcopical, microbiological and morphological indicators at women with burdened obstetrical-gynecological anamnesis. The role of a concrete variant of a pathology of cervix uterus in development of complications of pregnancy and reproductive losses is shown. Comparative aspects of a clinical current of pregnancy at women with a various pathology of cervix uterus are shown: ectopia and ectropion, polyps of cervical channel and leicoplacia. The algorithm of diagnostic and treatment-and-prophylactic actions at patients with a various pathology of cervix uterus is improved and introduced.
