Essay

In dissertation for the first time in domestic jurisprudence the problems of application of semiotic approach in comparatively-legal cognition are fully analyzed, conceptual bases of such application are developed. The language form of realization of law, that causes application of semiotic ideas in legal cognition, is considered. The basic components of semiotic analysis of law are identified and it offers to apply conception of structural semiotics at the researches of legal signs and their constructions.
